Chilled Berry Yogurt
This low-fat, low-calorie yoghurt takes only three ingredients and
two minutes to make, making
it excellent for snacking after a workout. It's a berry-packed, sweet-and-tangy delight!

250g frozen mixed berry
250g Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey

In a food mixer, combine the berries, yoghurt, and honey until a smooth ice-cream texture is
achieved
