Ingredients:

200g Watermelon
2 Small Shallots
Small Bunch Coriander
Juice 1/2 Lime
2 Tbsp Olive Oil

STEP 1
Chop 200g of watermelon, 2 small shallots, a small brunch of coriander and put it in a bowl

STEP 2
Add half lime's juice and add 2 tbsp of olive oil

STEP 3
Mix together and serve as a dip for nachos
